    We use a variety of couriers to provide excellent door to door delivery across Australia.Each delivery is packed by our in-house packing experts to ensure your goods arrive on time and in A1 condition.

    Each order is trackable, giving you peace of mind. For multiple orders being sent to the same person at the same address, we reserve the right to combine orders into a smaller number of shipments.

    You can select Pick Up from our Brisbane Store or Standard Shipping at checkout. Standard Shipping generally takes 2-3 business days, but can take up to 10 business days to arrive in some more remote country areas.

    *Free delivery to all mainland Australian and Tasmanian towns and cities. Some remote areas and offshore islands may incur an extra delivery fee. Please contact us to get a shipping quote if you believe this may apply to your location.

     

    In Stock

    In stock means that the product is in our Brisbane store and is ready to be shipped to you within 1-2 business days. If for any reason the product is out of stock, we will contact you by either phone or email to notify you.

    Partial Shipment

    If part of your order is NOT in stock we will, by default, NOT dispatch your order until all products are in stock. If you would like us to partially deliver your order, please call us and we can arrange this for a small fee.

    Where we deliver

    Australia Wide!

    We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, but do not deliver to international locations. We require a street address or a P.O.Box for delivery. Some remote locations cannot be serviced, however our carrier may be able to deliver to a local depot or post office where you can collect your products. If possible, please provide a business address for delivery as this is always the fastest and most convenient for courier services.

    The locations we can deliver to may change from time-to-time. Please call our Brisbane store to find out if we deliver to your location.

    Estimated Standard Shipping Times

    All orders placed for in-stock items will be dispatched by the end of the following business day. Delivery times can vary depending on the size of the items ordered, with bulky goods taking longer than smaller items. The below delivery estimates are calculated from time of dispatch:

    • Brisbane area: 1 – 2 business days
    • Sydney: 2 – 3 business days
    • Melbourne: 2 – 3 business days
    • Other regional centres: 2 – 6 business days
    • South Australia, Tasmania, ACT: 2 – 6 business days
    • Western Australia/NT: 7 – 10 business days

    Other rural/remote destinations: 7 – 10 business days

    Tracking

    You will be provided with tracking details via email when your order is dispatched.

    Acceptance of delivery

    Deliveries must be signed for upon request, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Music 440 to be authorised to receive the products.

    Unfortunately Music 440 and its carriers are unable to provide a pin-point time for delivery.

    If you are unsure you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we would greatly appreciate you use a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours.

    In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, Music 440’s carrier will leave a card. When delivered by Australia Post you will need to collect your delivery from the closest Post Office or Depot. Please note that risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery or attempted delivery of the product(s) by the Music 440 carrier to the specified delivery address or as otherwise instructed by the customer.
